Job Description

 
  Requirements 
 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Law, preferably in Corporate Law from reputable university.
 Experienced working in public company is must.
 At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
 Preferably Manager/ Assistant Manager specializing in Law/ Legal Services or equivalent.
 Having experience in making contracts, business cooperation agreement (JV), merger & acquisition, and IPO.
 Good understanding and comprehension on law subjects such as corporate law, property law regulation, contract negotiation & preparation.
 Computer literate and good communication in English is a must (both oral or written).
 Mature, detail, trustworthy and well-organized.
 Must be willing to work in  East Jakarta .
