· Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, coordination skill.
· Willing to work at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading.
Job Descriptions
· Assisting GM for leading the whole leasing team towards company goals & target.
· Creating a promotional strategy to attract potential tenants according to the needs of the Summarecon Group Mall.
· Managing the contracts & dealing with specialty retailers within the shopping centers.
· Make weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities to ensure the strategic plan reaches the target.
