JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is hiring multiple Software Test Engineers, a Test Lead and a Software Test/QA Manager to support a defense contract in Westminster, CO. The mission is focused on the development, integration, and qualification of software-defined RF mission capabilities for next-generation aircraft systems. This effort modernizes how aircraft sense, identify, and communicate in contested environments by delivering flexible, software-first solutions that operate on open architectures rather than proprietary hardware.
The program includes development and test of two major software capabilities: Monostatic Radar
and Identify Friend or Foe – Interrogate (IFF‑I). All software is developed in C++, aligned to prescribed government reference architectures and coding standards.
