We’re currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in an alternative provision in Exeter starting this September. This is your chance to make a genuine difference by using your coaching skills to support children with a range of additional needs in the classroom. The Role In this rewarding position, you’ll be a role-model to vulnerable young people with trauma, SEMH, Autism and ADHD. You’ll work closely with teaching staff to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that promotes both learning and wellbeing.
