Secondary Supply Teacher – day-to-day supply from as soon as possible. These flexible opportunities are ideal for Secondary Supply Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You’ll be working across a range of schools in Teignmouth and surrounding areas, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of regular teaching staff.

Duties

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school policies
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment
• Provide feedback to school staff on pupil progress and classroom activity
• Support pupils with their learning and encourage active participation
• Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently
