Secondary Operator

A manufacturing company is seeking an individual to operate secondary machines after set-up has been completed.  This is a first shift opportunity working 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Job Duties:

• Complete training and understand that all inspections including in-process inspection check sheets must be completed on time
• Tend to machines, inspect parts, shut off machine, and enter results in computer system
• Attempt common troubleshooting, machine adjustments, maintain lubrication system, and perform minor daily maintenance
• Read blueprints
• Meet engineering standards for quality, productivity, and tool usage, be familiar with IS09001/IATF16949 procedures, understand and comply with bin procedures, and costs relative to scrap
• Maintain work area and machine clean and safe
