Job Description
This posting is for a Secondary Maintenace position open at Towson Avenue in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
A McDonald's Secondary Maintenance person is a critical part of our team. They are required to maintain the cleanliness inside and outside of the restaurant as well as maintaining equipment in the restaurant. This position needs a person who is self-motivated and able to stay focused on completing tasks without constant follow-up.
Secondary Maintenance Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
Dependable transportation
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Work well with others in a fast-paced environment
Ability to tolerate temperature extremes.
Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours throughout the week.
