Secondary Counselor East End Middle School - Hensley, Arkansas Job Description Terms of Employment 215 day contract. Job Type: ADE Licensed Counselor. Reports to: Campus Principal or Designee. Salary based on district Licensed Salary Schedule. FLSA Status: Exempt 11 days sick leave per year of employment. 3 days personal leave per year of employment. Personal Qualifications Current Arkansas Department of Education Counselor's teaching license. Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of curriculum and subject matter as well as all other areas of responsibility including law and local policy.
