Sun Pharma is seeking a dynamic Second Line Manager (SLM) general line to drive flagship brand growth, strengthen market presence, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach first-line managers to deliver sales targets.
Execute sales strategy and translate goals into actionable plans.
Review KPIs and performance monthly with FLMs and PSRs.
Build talent capability and support succession planning.
Drive market expansion and distributor performance.
Provide accurate forecasts (90%+ accuracy) and insights.
Ensure compliance with Sun Pharma standards and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in science, Business, Marketing; MBA preferred.
8–12 years of progressive sales experience.
Minimum 3 years as a Second Line Manager.
