Second Chef – Castle Dene

Location: Castle Dene, Throop Road, Bournemouth, BH8 0BD

Hours: 40 hours across a 4 day working week (Alternate Weekends Off)

Pay: Up to £14.50 per hour

Requirements & Qualifications

• Organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience producing attractive, high‑quality meals in high volumes.
• Certificate in NVQ Level 2 Food Production/Hygiene (or willingness to undertake one).
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and other relevant legislation.
• Confidence to take the lead when required, and a strong team player.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Unable to offer visa sponsorship.
