SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and seasoned technical accounting professional to join us in our quest to develop the next generation of CRISPR-based therapeutics. The SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Consultant will serve as a foundational leader within the finance organization, managing day-to-day SEC compliance, driving technical accounting research, and ensuring financial stewardship to support our growth as a public-ready organization. This role offers an incredible opportunity to shape our reporting infrastructure and internal controls from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting Execution: Lead the end-to-end preparation, drafting, and timely filing of all SEC documents (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and DEF14A).
