We are looking for an experienced SEC Reporting Manager that has held a C-Suite title within a bank sized $10-50B in assets to support a long-term contract opportunity. This role is suited for a senior banking finance leader who can oversee complex regulatory and management reporting with a high degree of accuracy, judgment, and accountability. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of banking compliance requirements and can translate intricate reporting obligations into clear, well-governed deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
