SEC Financial Reporting Manager

We're partnering with a growing organization seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead SEC reporting activities and support key financial reporting initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong SEC reporting and US GAAP expertise who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and review SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K

+ Support financial statement, footnote, and MD& A disclosures

+ Research and interpret complex US GAAP accounting guidance

+ Partner with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits

+ Maintain and improve financial reporting processes and internal controls

+ Support month-end and year-end close activities

+ Assist with acquisition accounting and other complex transactions
