Seat Complete Engineer

We are seeking a Seat Complete Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of automotive seating systems from concept through production. This role ensures seat systems meet all safety, performance, quality, and regulatory requirements while supporting cost, weight, and efficiency targets. Key Responsibilities Design and integrate complete seat systems, including structures, mechanisms, foam, trim, and related components. Manage product lifecycle activities, including BOM creation, engineering changes, and design releases. Ensure proper integration of seat systems within the vehicle architecture. Develop and support DVPRs, prototype builds, and production launches. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for design and manufacturing issues. Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality, program management). Ensure compliance with FMVSS, ECE, and other applicable safety regulations.
