Cost Engineering Expert – Seats (Complete Seat & Components) We are looking for a Cost Engineering Expert specialized in complete seat systems and seat components to lead cost analysis, estimation, and optimization activities across multiple automotive programs. This role requires a deep understanding of seat design, manufacturing processes, and cost structures , as well as the ability to manage complex cost models and collaborate within global cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead detailed cost models for complete seat systems, including structures, foam, trim, mechanisms, and electronics. Estimate variable and tooling costs for automotive seat components across different program phases. Perform should-cost analysis , supplier cost breakdowns, and benchmarking activities. Analyze and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) and identify key cost drivers. Evaluate manufacturing processes such as stamping, welding, foam molding, cutting & sewing, assembly, and finishing....
