Seasonal TURN Help - Leasing Consultant - Student Housing

JOB PURPOSE:

•   The Temporary Turn Help Leasing Consultant plays a key role in supporting the community during the turn period by assisting with leasing efforts, resident communication, and move in preparation.


• This position works closely with the Community Manager and site team to help ensure apartments, amenities, and the overall community are ready for new residents.
• This is a temporary position intended to support peak turn activity.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•   Will always include those specifically assigned by the immediate supervisor.  Assist with cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds and residential areas, including make-ready units and common areas.
