We are looking for a Seasonal Out-Patient Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist, you'll provide exceptional services within our out-patient rehab center. This role will foster a positive, supportive environment for residents, families, and team members on a Seasonal basis.

Pay Rate: $42 - $65 per hour

What you'll do:

• Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of records in regard to patient care for all patients on personal case load.
• Responsible for the correct reporting of billing information of Physical Therapy in regard to all patients on personal case load.
• Provide direct patient care as prescribed, including evaluation and treatment planning.
• Responsible for the reporting and interpretation of treatment results.
