Seasonal Part-Time HR Assistant

Hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs. and Fri. 9am-3pm, and Sat or Sun. 3-7pm.


About the Role

As the Seasonal Field Logistics Human Resources Specialist, you will support HR productivity through administering associate onboarding activities, HR processes and compliance programs


What You’ll Do
+ Prepare recruiting materials for onsite job fairs
+ Heavy data entry for interview and orientation sessions
+ Assist with new hire orientation and benefits orientation sessions
+ Processes new hire documentation and onsite drug tests
+ Answers associate questions and/or redirects to AskHR (HR customer serivce)
+ Enter payroll data and process payroll exceptions
+ Ensure accurate data is entered into time keeping and scheduling systems
+ Process termination and final pay to meet state requirements
+ Set up, maintain and audit personnel files and other relevant HR records
+ Accurate filing of personnel document
