The Wildings Hotel & Tudno’s Restaurant is a beautifully refurbished seafront hotel located on Llandudno promenade, offering modern coastal dining alongside warm Welsh hospitality and stunning bay views.

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team at Tudno’s Restaurant. This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, delivering high-quality dishes, and being part of a supportive and ambitious hospitality team in one of North Wales’ busiest seaside destinations.

The Role

• Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes
• Supporting daily kitchen operations and service
• Maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards
• Assisting with menu development and seasonal specials
• Working closely with the front‑of‑house and management teams
