Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly driven Senior AEO / SEO Specialist to take ownership of our organic search visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms for all our group of companies. The role will be based working from our Cape Town offices and you will report into our Group Marketing Manager in the UK. You will be working with our small and agile marketing team of 5 who focus on a multitude of different disciplines. We're looking for a maverick who is a hero on SEO/AEO, specially to drive more engagement > Leads.

As search behaviour evolves towards AI-generated answers, zero-click results, and conversational search, this role is critical in ensuring our brand, products, and expertise are discoverable, authoritative, and consistently visible across Google, Bing, and emerging AI platforms.
