SEA Process Development Engineer

**Context and Scope:**



+ The job holder is based and work in Pakchong Factory.

+ The job holder works across the category and industry borders and networks regionally with Mars R&D Product, Process, CTI (Consumer Technology Insight), Q&FS and Packaging technology partners, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Operation, Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Commercial and processing machine/ equipment vendors.

+ The job holder works with SEA R&D Process team members in Thailand, R&D Process team in China, R&D Process team in India and Central Product and Process GIC and with Thailand based R&D. organization members to improve the team engagement through on-/off-site activities.

+ The job holder refers to the Central/Operating Entitle (OE) work process and/or framework when applicable, but at the same time, proposes the new ways of work that is in line with the Five Principles.
