• Execution arm of the SDU (Strategy Delivery Unit) – mainly incubating strategic priority projects and own and lead the design / roll-out of transformation initiatives or activities before handing over to the responsible BUs (Business Units)
• Provide support in delivery, coordinating tasks, following through on actions, and ensuring initiatives move from plan to reality
