SDR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and high-impact Senior SDR Manager to lead and elevate our offshore Sales Development team based in Manila. Reporting to the Director of Lead Generation and Customer Lifecycle, this role is critical in driving a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across Mid Market, Enterprise, and Optus Business channels.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day SDR operations while building a high-performance culture focused on quality lead generation, appointment setting, and pipeline growth.
