We're a UK-based performance marketing agency working with aesthetics and beauty clinics. We're looking for a confident, organised SDR to both work inbound leads for our clients AND help us grow the agency through outbound prospecting.

What You'll Do:

• Call inbound leads quickly after submission and book them into consultations
• Follow up with warm and cold leads consistently
• Qualify prospects and handle objections professionally
• Reach out to potential new clients for the agency via cold calls, DMs and email
• Log all activity in the CRM and keep pipelines clean and accurate
• Work closely with the marketing team and report daily on results
• What We're Looking For:
• Strong spoken English — clear, professional, and confident
• Comfortable making high volumes of calls
