Sdet automation lead

Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly hands-on Automation SDET Lead with 6 - 12 years of QA experience to drive and scale test automation across UI, API, and integration layers. This role requires strong expertise in Python and framework development, along with deep involvement in coding and technical decision-making. As a player-coach, you will mentor SDETs, enforce quality standards, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and Dev Ops teams. This is a technical leadership role, not a pure managerial position.
Core Responsibilities :
Act as a hands-on technical lead , contributing to code on a regular basis.
Design, develop and maintain automation frameworks from scratch when required.
Lead as a player-coach: mentor, unblock, and contribute technically.
Own and drive test automation strategy across UI, API, and integration layers.
