SDC Program Manager

HammondCare Miranda is currently looking for a Permanent Full-time Specialist Dementia Care Program Manager to support our complex behaviour cottages supporting people living with dementia to join our team.

With our unique model of care which places the resident’s needs as your number one priority, you will help create a home away from home for our residents. This role requires you to provide tailored care including personal support within the residential home.

About the role:
As the Manager for complex behaviour cottages supporting people living with dementia, you will be a core member of the Miranda management team and work with a wide variety of people including the Residential Care Operations team, Local Health District, RNs, Carers, residents, resident representatives, and the multi-disciplinary health team to ensure resident outcomes are met.
