Sd112 Iberia Order Planning & Fulfilment Lead (Madrid)

The mission of the Iberia Order Planning & Fulfilment (OP&F;) role is to deliver the service level agreement (SLA) for customer orders, balancing the local laboratory capacity and near/offshore laboratories capacity to reach the committed sourcing mix on budget.

Responsibilities

• Order planning
  • Validate the rough‑cut capacity planning with the laboratories on a weekly basis, and report change to the regional orders planning & fulfilment team.
  • Adapt the routing of customer orders across the network of laboratories based on SLA to deliver the right service at the lowest production cost, following guidelines given by the regional orders planning & fulfilment team.
  • Set up the new flows to support the adaptation of the sourcing plan.
• Order fulfilment
  • Consolidate all order fulfilment information from all sources of supply and from the customer service of the country/ business units/laboratories.
