Job Description

• 7–10+ years of experience in program management or technical project delivery.
• Strong experience with one or more enterprise MDM platforms.
• Transitioning from Org 62 to Informatica.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Experienced in at least one of the following engagements: Data Projects, Data Management, Data Governance.
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain team focus and productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and define clear, actionable user stories.
• Monitor sprint progress using metrics such as velocity, burn‑down charts, and capacity planning.
• Promote transparency and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Support cross‑team coordination and alignment in multi‑team environments.
