The ideal candidate should bring proven experience in Agile practices, Rally metrics/reporting, and cloud-based Key Responsibilities
+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning.
+ Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog prioritization and alignment with business goals.
+ Drive continuous improvement by leveraging Rally metrics and reporting to track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
