Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise Agile governance, delivery standards, and compliance requirements within the banking domain.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to maintain a well‑groomed and prioritized product backlog.
• Identify, track, and remove team impediments and proactively manage cross‑team dependencies and risks.
