Activities:

• Facilitates process of working with Feature owner and team to re-balance and re-prioritize work within a sprint

• Facilitate effective communication within the program team and with external stakeholders. Ensure that stakeholders are informed about program progress and key milestones (incl. change management support)

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analysis to provide insights into program performance, progress, and key metrics

• Manage progress by facilitating agile events (incl. coordinate sprint planning, daily standups, and review/retrospective sessions) and helping team members overcome roadblocks

• Manage program documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and other relevant documentation
