Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to support complex IT initiatives, drive Agile maturity, and manage delivery across multiple teams and priorities. The ideal candidate will operate at both the team and program level, ensuring alignment, predictability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:Operate within Scrum while managing a hybrid Agile delivery model (Scrum + non-Scrum) Execute on prioritized work handed off by Product owner Ensure alignment, coordination, and delivery across teams and dependencies Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) Drive Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles Remove impediments and proactively manage risks/issues Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlog Track and report on delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, etc.) Coor...
