About the Role:

We are seeking a Skilled Scrum Master to join our growing technology team; a leading Microfinance Bank focused on driving financial inclusion through innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating agile processes, promoting collaboration, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient and scalable financial products that enhance our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, ensuring adherence to agile principles and best practices.
