Scrum Master (Medellín)

Position Summary

Reporting to the I&O Chief of Staff, the Scrum Master will play an important role as a critical member of a diverse team.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly PI Planning for the I&O portfolio.
• Document Epics, User Stories, Tasks and dependency details.
• Document and manage Lean Business Case, portfolio, budgeting process and spend tracking and project artifacts.
• Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project activities, assuring project delivers the committed scope on time, quality and planned costs.
• Communicate project status to all levels using tools and ceremonies following governance standards.
• Plan, communicate change‑management requests.
• Manage onboarding of vendor contracts, when the case.
