Scrum Master - Manufacturing Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) for

MES-focused teams.

- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure MES requirements are well-defined and

prioritized.

- Coach team members on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery of MES solutions aligned with manufacturing

goals.

- Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders and leadership.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including OT, IT, and plant operations.

- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, data integrity, and system validation requirements.

- Support integration of MES with ERP, SCADA, PLCs, and other shop-floor systems.

- Promote Agile maturity and adoption across manufacturing teams.
