Scrum Master

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile excellence and ensure seamless delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enabling collaboration, improving delivery predictability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide and coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Drive alignment between Business, Product, QA, and Engineering teams to ensure delivery transparency and predictability.
• Identify and proactively manage dependencies, risks, and delivery impediments across teams.
