Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery. Conduct and support thorough systems, users, and security tests prerelease. Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release. Provide product support and work with product/engineering to identify and fix bugs. Experience And Skills: Experience in building digital products. Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources. End to end experience working with product team to build products. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing.
