In this role, you will help the HS/MS/BVN value chain, specifically the team workflow, deliver more value during every sprint. You achieve this by strengthening collaboration, improving flow, and increasing predictability. You bring structure, direction, and positive energy while empowering teams to maximize their contribution to both the organization and the energy transition.

As a Scrum Master, you challenge teams daily to achieve their full potential. You actively coach team members on processes, techniques, tools, collaboration, and interpersonal dynamics, helping them continuously grow in maturity and effectiveness.
