Agile Facilitation & Ceremonies Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, for one or multiple Agile squads. Provide coaching to team members on Agile principles, Scrum and Kanban methodologies, and effective self-organization practices. Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-structured, prioritized, and continuously refined product backlog. Delivery Flow & Impediment Management Proactively identify, monitor, and resolve delivery obstacles to safeguard sprint objectives and ensure smooth execution. Manage cross-squad dependencies and coordinate effectively with the Clients teams and consulting partners.
