Scrum Master / Enterprise

• 1.5 years of Agile Coaching - mentoring & teaching experience at all levels within an organization
• Accomplished Agile Practitioner that Evangelizes Agility
• Ability to bridge gaps in Agile theory and practical application
• Ability to leverage capabilities across the firm to solve local problems
• Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and their application in Product Development and delivery organization- Sound understanding of Agile frameworks such as Kanban
• Must have People Management experience and understand a Matrix / Enterprise Organization and it's a mindset
• Has equal Experience with Technology, Business, and Management
• Financial domain knowledge is a must. Margin lending and wealth management credit experience is a big plus
