Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and help teams deliver high-quality products efficiently. The Scrum Master will coach the team in Scrum principles, remove impediments, foster continuous improvement, and act as a servant leader to both the development team and the Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
  

• Coach, train, and mentor the team in Scrum values, principles, and best practices.
  

• Actively identify, track, and eliminate impediments and blockers that hinder team progress.
