Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and help teams deliver high-quality products efficiently. The Scrum Master will coach the team in Scrum principles, remove impediments, foster continuous improvement, and act as a servant leader to both the development team and the Product Owner.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
Coach, train, and mentor the team in Scrum values, principles, and best practices.
Actively identify, track, and eliminate impediments and blockers that hinder team progress.
