We are looking for a hands-on Scrum Master / Project Manager to support a software development team delivering a platform implementation within a regulated environment.
This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with developers, driving sprint execution, and ensuring commitments are met. This is not a senior or transformation role.
Key Responsibilities
Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Manage day-to-day delivery of developers and ensure sprint commitments are achieved
Track progress, risks, and dependencies across deliverables
Maintain and update the project management tool (e.g. ClickUp / Jira)
Coordinate with internal teams and multiple external stakeholders
Remove blockers and escalate risks where necessary
