RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum practices, values, and principles.
• Cloud basis, preferably Azure.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
• Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders.
