Scrum Master

 Scrum Master with
Git Hub, Azure and closely work with Scrum Developers to define zero down time
deployment plan and implement. Define rollout strategy for a mission critical
application like Blue-Green or Canary deployments and implements and support in
testing. Proven experience as a
Scrum Master or in a similar role in an agile environment.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
Work Result: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning,
Sprint Review, and Retrospective). Coach and mentor team members on agile
principles and practices. Remove impediments to the team’s progress and ensure
a smooth workflow
