A leading Financial Services Client requires an experienced Scrum Master to join their team on a permanent basis to facilitate the processes within an Agile environment.

Job Description

1. Assist the Product Owners by driving agile methodologies and techniques.
2. Remove any impediments.
3. Support PI Planning and assist the team to identify backlogs and dependencies.
4. Ensure daily stand-ups are practiced.
5. Work closely with team and stakeholders.
6. Encourage teams to achieve a healthy burn of user stories or features within an iteration.

Minimum Requirements

1. Matric.
2. Relevant IT Degree or Diploma.
3. 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile and DevOps environment.
4. Experience in using dashboards, KPI/metrics, and burn down charts.

Package & Remuneration

Salary Market Related.
