Scrum Master

Eaton's Power Systems division is currently seeking a motivated Scrum Master for its Utility Configuration & Automation Software (UCAS) team. This role is based in our Eaton Americas Innovation Center in Brossard (Québec) and offers hybrid work opportunities, as well as benefits from day one.

The annual salary range for this role is $92,000 to $115,000. Salaries are determined based on experience, qualifications, market conditions, and company considerations.

What you’ll do

• Serve as Scrum Master for Utility software platform teams operating within a SAFe Agile Release Train with multi‑site delivery (Quebec, Pune, US).
• Coach teams in SAFe principles, reinforcing cadence, synchronization, and flow while aligning iteration goals to PI Objectives and committed milestones.
