As a Scrum Master, you will lead multiple Scrum teams and serve as a champion of Agile practices across the organization. You'll facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, coach teams toward self-organization, and help build a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do

+ Lead multiple Scrum teams using Agile methodologies in sprint or Kanban environments

+ Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives

+ Coach teams and the broader organization on Scrum practices, fostering a culture of real value delivery
