Demonstrated experience facilitating and managing multiple Scrum teams in parallel within complex enterprise environments. Mandatory proficiency in the Dutch language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum and SAFe. Hands-on experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
