Scrum Master / Agile Coach

Job Description
Day to Day
• Serve as Scrum Master for Infrastructure Console and other applications within the OpEx and Automation Services organization
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering Managers to ensure alignment between business priorities and technical execution
• Drive Agile transformation, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Track and report on delivery metrics to support data driven decisions
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies to keep teams delivering effectively
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and support maturity growth
• Communicate status, risks, and progress to stakeholders across the organization
